This week I increased my overall distance slightly. I probably would have increased it by an additional kilometer or so but the weather turned bad and my planned long run had to be done on a treadmill. After an hour and forty minutes of running on the treadmill I was so bored I couldn't convince myself to go another kilometer.
I also did about an hour of biking, mostly in Z2. I am a little discouraged as I don't seem to be seeing much progress in my overall level of fitness, although Garmin does say that my VO2max has increased. I am a very long way from managing a 6:45 kilometer for an entire half marathon! I do plan on doing a half marathon next weekend (April 25 most likely).
