Week in Training May 17, 2020

This week didn't go so well.

I only got in one run during the work week due to being very tired most of the week. Then I tried to do a long run on Saturday. For some reason, my heart rate would not cooperate with me and I ended up running for about an hour and twenty minutes in Z4/5 before becoming totally exhausted and having to walk most of the last 3km. I was then so sore the following day that I couldn't really manage anything exercise wise.

Looking back over the last few months, it would appear that I am running into a problem like this about every 4 weeks. I may need to plan on a lighter planned schedule every 4 weeks in response to this.
