I decided the weekly training updates were getting a bit old, so I'm going with a monthly one.
The month of June had a slight decrease in milage, mainly because I was feeling very run down the first two weeks so didn't run a huge amount. Still, I did manage over 100km with some pretty good elevation gain, due mainly to my power hike/trail run on Mt. Sherman.
I did begin a half marathon training program at the end of the month, which has me focusing on some speed work. That is fairly exhausting.
